Bellringer Social provides AI-assisted social media content drafting, scheduling, and publishing tools for organizations. The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Blue Sky, and others to publish content on your behalf when you explicitly request it.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the organization you represent to use this Service. By using the Service you represent that these conditions are met.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at help@bellringer.social if you believe your account has been compromised.
You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service. By using the Service you grant Bellringer Social LLC a limited license to store and transmit your content solely as necessary to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any purpose beyond operating the Service.
When you connect a social media account (such as a Facebook Page or Instagram Business account), you authorize Bellringer Social to publish content to that account on your behalf only when you explicitly initiate a publish action. We do not post automatically without your direction except where you have configured scheduled posting within the Service.

The Service integrates with third-party APIs and platforms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of those third-party services. Your use of connected platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Blue Sky, etc.) is also governed by their own terms of service.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that posts will be successfully published to third-party platforms in all cases. AI-generated content suggestions are provided as drafts only — you are responsible for reviewing content before publishing.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bellringer Social LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost data, or failure of third-party platforms to accept published content.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in conduct harmful to the Service or other users. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting help@bellringer.social.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active users by email of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
