Bellringer Social LLC (“Bellringer Social,” “we,” “us”) operates the PostCI social media management platform, accessible at bellringer.social. We are a Massachusetts limited liability company. You can reach us at help@bellringer.social.
Account information
When you create an account, we collect your email address, a hashed (non-reversible) password, and an organization name. We use this to authenticate you and associate your content with your account.
Content you create
We store the social media posts, themes, hooks, and other content you draft inside the platform. This content belongs to you. We use it only to provide the service.
Social media connection tokens
When you connect a Facebook Page or Instagram Business account, we receive and store an access token issued by Meta. This token is encrypted at rest using industry-standard Fernet symmetric encryption before being written to our database. We use it solely to publish posts to your connected accounts on your behalf.
When you connect a Blue Sky account, we store your Blue Sky handle and app password in encrypted form. We use it solely to publish posts on your behalf.
Usage data
We log AI model usage (which model was called, approximate token count) for internal monitoring. We do not sell or share this data.
In providing the platform, we send data to the following third parties:

We do not sell your data to any third party.
Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Render.com in the United States. Access tokens for connected social media accounts are encrypted before storage using Fernet encryption. Passwords are hashed using industry-standard bcrypt and are never stored in recoverable form. All connections to the platform use HTTPS/TLS.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account or request deletion, we will delete your account data including all stored posts, settings, and encrypted tokens within 30 days.
You may request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing help@bellringer.social. We will respond within 30 days.
This platform is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify active users by email of material changes. The effective date at the top of this page will always reflect the current version.
